Appointment time is reserved: there will be a fee charged for any appointment not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Prescription Refills
Please request prescription refills by phone at (404) 261-8291. If leaving VM, please include patient’s name, date of birth, the name and dose of medication and the pharmacy number.
Please note that controlled medications such as Concerta or Vyvanse require a hand-written prescription and cannot be called into your pharmacy. To refill these, please send a stamped, self-addressed return envelope 7-10 days ahead to:
